how it works

You pick a monthly or quarterly plan. Based on the needs of your home, we work together to prioritize a list of maintenance tasks to be completed each appointment. In the time between scheduled appointments, as needed, you can add items to be addressed at your next scheduled. Additional appointments can be scheduled anytime for an emergency fix or a project outside the scope of your maintenance schedule.
